Stephen Panebianco, MD, completed a Residential Fellowship with the Program in Integrative Medicine (PIM) at the University of Arizona founded by Dr. Andrew Weil, and is board certified in both Family Medicine and Holistic Medicine. Dr. Panebianco is a founding diplomate of the American Board of Holistic Medicine. He pursued premedical studies and a theology minor at Georgetown University, medical studies at the University of Buffalo, and Family Medicine at the University of California Irvine.
Amy Panebianco, BA has worked with various for profit, not for profit, healthcare, legal & educational institutions including Cornell University. Amy earned a BA from the State University of New York at Fredonia where she studied legal studies and economics. Her professional experience encompasses working with numerous physicians, healing arts practitioners and organizations.

In 1995, Dr. Panebianco traveled throughout India to explore Ayurveda and India’s rich culture and has returned to Asia including Tibet to further pursue cross-cultural healing principles. Dr. Panebianco specializes in mind-body medicine utilizing Clinical Hypnosis, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn, and other stress reduction techniques.
Dr. Panebianco founded an educational not for profit organization in integrative health and Cayuga Heights Center for Wellness and Healing Arts, a center with 14 integratively minded practitioners from various fields. Dr. Panebianco's experience also encompasses both conventional medicine in primary care and urgent care settings as well as individualized integrative medicine consultations. Dr. Panebianco has taught medical students and residents at various institutions including the University of Arizona's Program in Integrative Medicine where he has served on the curriculum committee. He currently offers integrative medical & mind-body consultations, applies mind-body techniques for those struggling with addiction and substance abuse and enjoys writing and teaching in various forums including seminars designed for the general public.
In addition to her private consulting, Amy currently holds the position of Practice Administrator for a surgical practice. She has also held positions in the Health & Healing sector including Administrative Director for a community based not for profit wellness center, Ithaca's Integrative Community Wellness Center. Under her leadership, the organization received 501C3 not for profit status. She also co-founded and held the position of Administrative Director for Cayuga Heights Center for Wellness & Healing Arts, an integrative wellness center that offered medical services, treatments, and classes in the healing arts.
Amy regularly attends medical & holistic conferences which gives her first hand knowledge of the growth and direction of the industry. She has also personally explored the healing arts for a number of years including yoga, mindfulness meditation, hypnosis, body work, and has received Reiki I Practitioner Certification. Amy offers a unique combination of understanding the core healing principles of Integrative Medicine and at the same time has the skills and knowledge to develop tangible business strategies necessary for implementing a successful health & healing medical practice or wellness center.
